Over the past 4 articles, I have broken down the 4 Blue Jays players that are the center pieces of their rebuild. Check out the articles below:
With all of these prospects, the Blue Jays seem set up for success. Every single one of these prospects showed flashes of dominance, or just downright dominance in 2019. Will this be a sign of things to come? It will be a tough AL East for years to come with the Rays moving up and the Yankees just always being good. But still, nothing can take away from these four players’ talent.
Along with the four main guys, Jordan Groshans, Simeon Woods Richard, Alek Manoah and Alejandro Kirk project to be good players. Along with those players, there is some talent already in the Blue Jays’ lineup. Lourdes Gurriel Jr, Teoscar Hernandez, Randal Grichuk, Wilmer Font, Ken Giles, Sean Reid-Foley, and Justin Shafer are either average to above average players.
In the end, the Blue Jays have the talent to set up a dynasty for a long time.
